ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because of the time, craftsmanship, and materials involved in creating each custom order, I do not offer refunds on handcrafted items or alteration services. However, if there is an error in design or construction that does not match the agreed-upon details in your invoice or agreement, I will gladly review the situation and discuss workable solutions.

 

WHY NO REFUNDS?

I make each item specifically for you, based on your chosen design, materials, and preferences. Because of this, custom-made pieces are not resalable.

  • Through the Custom Order Process, you can review and approve details before I begin construction.
  • You can request updates during the design process to ensure everything meets your expectations.
  • Upon delivery, I encourage you to inspect your item and reach out if you have any concerns.
